A Time for Focus
This message is to our fans, friends, and fellow musicians. 9Tomorrows is going on a short hiatus of sorts. It’s become increasingly clear that this band needs an absolute, 100% dedicated full time drummer who is as much a member of the band as the rest of us. So–until that member is found, we won’t be playing as many, if any shows. It truly disappoints us to say that, but it’s in the best interest of this band and adheres to our commitment to only play incredibly high caliber shows. If you have any referrals for us, or you’re a drummer who’s interested in playing with us, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 9tomorrowsband at gmail dot com.
The good news is that this does not affect our creative process in the same way it will affect our shows. Our writing and compiling of material continues while we search for our 6th member. We’ve been honing a few new songs recently and we hope to play them for you guys as soon as we can! Guest appearances and last minute shows are also bound to happen–we can’t stop playing cold turkey. But in the mean time, until we’re back to full strength, keep spreading the word about us, stay in touch, and thank you for being such wonderful people!
It was a long and snowy winter. The townsfolk were cold, they were hungry, and starving for something to make them happy, to entertain them. And that’s when they found out about 9Tomorrows’s summer schedule.
Starting things off in fine fashion, we are playing Bunker’s May 31st with our friend Tony Wilson who is an incredible spoken word hip-hop artist from New Orleans. This will be a unique show–don’t miss out on a creative experience.
Lots of other shows on the way–we are also in studio! We will keep you updated on things as they come up, hopefully some big news soon!

Mikel Wright and the Wrongs play an incredible jam show to close the night. Mr Botzy of CCW will MC all night! This show could very well sell out. Winter Happenings / Wild & Free
Lots of things happening over this 2013 winter. We are playing a few shows, writing new material, and spending hours in studio to make this new material come to life.
One noteworthy day for us us December 28th. That day we will be playing at Bayside from the usual 9pm-1am. However, before that show, we will be playing a benefit show at the Wild & Free fundraiser to fight the poaching of animals in Africa around 8pm. Definitely want to come show your support and donate, or participate in the silent auctions happening all night! We encourage you to donate at any time online.
Other shows this winter include Bunkers on February 2nd, as well as others likely to be announced down the road. Stay tuned!
If you’ve visited our Facebook page in the last couple months you’ll recognize this, but you’re going to start seeing it more frequently. Cassie Oakes (who also designed all previous artwork) created this and we’ve really fallen in love with it.
